STRENGTH

Stronger is better. Whether your day involves loading a trailer or a barbell, it will be easier if you are stronger. Using proven methodology from powerlifting and olympic weightlifting, you will become stronger and fitter

Performance improving. The ability to move with power and speed and minimize recovery time and injuries are the cornerstones of our endurance programming.

GYMNASTICS

Incorporating body weight movements through a wide range of motion. Functional and enduring movement patterns which develop mobility and strength for all fitness levels

For those new to CrossFit:

So you are ready to start? Congratulations!

Welcome to the best decision you’ve ever made for your health and wellness!  Whether you’re a beginner, a seasoned athlete or making a comeback towards a life of good health and wellness, CrossFit is for you and our Phas -in program is the perfect way to get started.  We have all new athletes check in with a Coach before attending their classes for the first month. Our experienced team of coaches will give you advance insight into the movements and skills that you will find in the class that day. Videos will be provided to guide you through the CrossFit standards that are an integral part of our program. You will be prepared even before you arrive to the gym. When you get to class, the coach will reinforce what you have learned and will answer your questions.

Our experience has taught us that providing a CrossFit beginner with advance information combined with quality coaching quickly and easily brings a member into the community and into the excitement of CrossFit.

For Experienced Crossfitters:
